Originally developed in secret, Vought has been injecting it into infants to create superheroes, leading to the rise of supes like Homelander.   • Summary of each season

    Season 1

    Hughie Campbell's life is shattered when A-Train accidentally kills his girlfriend, Robin. He joins Billy Butcher's vigilante group, The Boys, to expose the corrupt superheroes and Vought International's use of Compound V to create them. The season ends with the shocking reveal that Butcher's wife is alive, raising Homelander's child.

    Season 2

    The Boys, now fugitives, work with Starlight to expose Vought and the widespread use of Compound V, while Stormfront's Nazi ties and manipulative agenda are revealed. The season ends with Stormfront's defeat by Ryan, but Becca's death leaves Butcher heartbroken.

    Season 3

    The Boys search for a weapon to kill Homelander, leading them to the unpredictable Soldier Boy, who was presumed dead. The season ends with Soldier Boy neutralized, while Homelander embraces his dark side and indoctrinates Ryan, solidifying his grip on power.

    Season 4

    Homelander's influence grows as he aligns with political figures, while The Boys, now working with the CIA, try to stop Victoria Neuman's rise to power. The season ends with Homelander's assassination plot foiled, martial law declared, and superheroes gaining unprecedented authority, setting up future conflicts.
